Importance of five elements in human body
From past 3 decades human developed in spectacular way in terms of technology and science. As human is becoming modern he forgets his roots. We just running away from nature.
The five element from which the human body is made
1.Earth
2.Water
3.Air
4.Either
5.Fire
We are forgetting these five basic needs of our body
1. EARTH :
The earth is one of primary essence of human body and we are removing this essence from our body by running away from mud & soil. We are being hygienic in terms of our lifestyle in the inference of that we are avoid to being in touch of earth.
2. WATER :
You know our body is made of 70% of water so the need of water in our body is most essential element of our body . Water is most essential for digestion system because water gives path to flow the food to the body and exertion of the waste material.
3. AIR :
Air is our basic need of human body because air is the main component of our existence.
In yogic science Prana ( Air ) is the main aspect of human . And yogic Science is all about expending the Prana.
4. Either (SPACE) :
The meaning of SPACE is blankness. Space is necessary for all kind of movement of humans like specially the movement related to the joints. All the joints related problems arises due the lack of Space element.
5. FIRE :
Fire element is another essential element of human body. The work of fire is to make changes in any thing or fire helps thinks to be matured. There are many fires in human body "Jatharagini" is one of the fires in human body. "Kamagani" is also one of them.
This five elements are our best mates. We have to keep in touch with them.
And we have to sit in the lap of nature.
Because of the modernization and technology we just forget the essence of nature in our life.
We are small part of Nature , so we can't forget the balance of these element .
Keep in touch with nature to feel the touch of health and happiness.
One more thing if the
five elements from which the human body is made will be polluted then it's impossible that human can healthy and fit.
So please stop polluted the five elements
